• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit ClassPass.com
2. Login with your Email address and Password
3. Use your internet browser to visit https://classpass.com/login/settings/membership
4. Click on the link or button that says “Membership Status”
5. Click on the link or button that says “Cancel Membership”
6. Keep the proof given to you for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://help.classpass.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
2. Now put in your info where it asks for it
3. Request cancellation in description box
4. Click on the link or button that says submit

Follow these steps:

1. Send your email to [email protected]
2. Compose an email requesting cancellation, for a confirmation number and final billing details

Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://classpass.com/contact
2. Click on the link or button that says chat icon in lower right corner of screen
3. Request that the agent cancel your account
4. Request that the agent provide you with a confirmation number or email
5. If you’re unsure, ask if you’re going to be charged again
6. Keep the proof given to you for your records
